Assess →

We start with a 1:1 onboarding consultation to understand your training history, goals, and environment. You'll complete a short intake form and readiness quiestionnaire so I can design a program that fits your body and your life (not the other way aorund.)

Together, we'll identify your priorities, address movement or recovery limitations, and set clear, measurable targets for your first program!

Train →

Once your program is built, you’ll receive a custom training plan structured around your equipment, schedule, and ability level.

Each workout is tracked using a performance log where you’ll record key information that allows me to fine-tune your plan weekly — adjusting load, volume, and exercise selection so you keep progressing while staying injury-free!

You do the work, I handle the programming, analysis, and adjustments.

Adapt →

Every 5–6 weeks, we complete a mesocycle review to assess progress and recovery.
Based on your feedback and performance data, we’ll evolve your training to match your new level — whether that means adding intensity, adjusting nutrition, or scheduling a deload phase.

The result? Continuous progress without burnout, plateaus, or wasted effort.
