You’ll receive a fully customized training plan built around your goals, equipment, and schedule — plus the tools to run it confidently. After onboarding, you’ll know exactly what to do, why it works, and how to progress week to week. What’s Included: - 30-minute onboarding consultation (goals, training history, available equipment) - Fully customized training program - Weekly updates to programming, based on progress - Guidance on progression, exercise substitutions, and Deloads - Mid-block check-in (optional) - End-of-block progress review (voice note or email summary) - Access to educational PDFs and videos
